If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
Refund requests made after 30 days are not eligible for monetary refund.

All PriceTagMolding.com products are covered by a lifetime replacement guarantee against breakage, cracking, or structural failure under normal commercial use.
If a price tag molding breaks or fails at any time after purchase:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Return the broken item to us
- We will replace it free of charge
- No expiration date
- No pro-rating
- No restocking fees
This guarantee applies regardless of purchase date and exists separately from the 30-day refund window.

- Brittleness or structural failure over time
- Failure in cooler, freezer, or cold-rated environments

- Improper installation
